We are super excited to be at Spangdahlem! You can read about the NEWS here. And while this is in no way our first Overseas PCS move (We’ve lived in Keflavik, Iceland and Misawa, Japan) it’s a first of it’s own sort for us. This will was the first PCS that we had to get ready for with Mr. B deployed. I did tons of research and wanted to share.
This is was big PCS for us, we took our Westie with us (we’ve never had a pet to PCS with us before) , Boo moved mid-Senior year after we arrive, and we PCS’d a few months after my husband got back from his one year deployment (aka short tour). It’s a wild ride but those who know me know that I love a good challenge 😉

AAA International Driver’s License – Don’t bother getting this, it becomes invalid when you in process in Germany, you have to get the International Drivers license here but you need the USAREUR license first.
