Happy Thanksgiving from our Family to Yours!
We have a lot to be thankful for this year! We have officially been in Germany for 1 year. Last year we spent Thanksgiving at the Chow Hall (DFAC) this year we ate a delicious homemade Thanksgiving meal shared with some friends, credit for the meal goes to my amazing hubby and Bea.

Wow, I can hardly believe it myself, it’s finally here! Boo was in the Class of 2014 and we have attended our first child’s High School Graduation! He’s a college bound Freshman this fall! We are so proud of him and excited for his journey at college.
While I’m thrilled that he has earned a Full-Tuition Academic scholarship at his College of choice, I am not so thrilled that we’ll be taking him [Read more…]
Recently my grandpa passed away, it’s bittersweet because now he’s no longer in pain & healed, and I believe with my grandma who passed a few years before him. For my mom’s family it means the beginning of an end, the property and home that they have lived in since children will now be leaving the family.
