We are officially homeless, carless (have sold our family Tahoe & the car is on a boat to Germany), and are finally headed out on our next Adventure!
If all goes well by the time you read this we’ll be touching down in Dutschland, aka Germany! It will be where we will start our next set of adventures and probably our most challenging yet as we PCS mid-year with a Senior High Schooler and will have to send him back soon for college, yikes!
While we hadn’t planned on a 5 year stay in Alabama (or really even coming back here for that matter) it’s been a wild ride and dare I say better than we expected. We have some great things happen here, met some amazing friends, and had some wild adventures, and now it’s time to close the Alabama chapter…AGAIN…
Thank you to all my amazing friends who made this journey not only bearable but enjoyable beyond my imagination, you’ll all be dearly missed and I expect to see you in Germany!
Good luck! Hope your travels go smoothly.
Thank you!
Welcome to Germany! We arrived in May, and we’ve loved it here. I’m not sure where you’ll be stationed (we’re in Wiesbaden), but if you have any questions as you’re making your move and settling in, feel free to reach out!
Danke! We are in Spangdahlem and are slowly adjusting after learning we have to live off base, very overwhelming but we’re starting to come around 😉
so, so happy for you and jealous, of course. Enjoy Europe!!!!
No need to be jealous your coming off an amazing Italy tour! I should be jealous 😉
Good luck on your trip!!! Safe voyages!
Danke!
