I’ve finally made it to my FINAL post about our TN trip, and what a great place to end…at our final fun stop before we headed home!
This trip was a bit different for me, normally I do my ‘homework’ and research ahead of time and have each day planned out. This time we decided to have a few things in mind and ‘wing it’ while we had a great time, it was really uncomfortable for me to ‘wing it’ LOL! So on our final day we weren’t sure what we’d do before we headed home.
I’m so glad i used the internet to check out a few locations because it saved us lots of headache and $ by not going to a few of the places we’d thought about, but after reading the reviews of the previous few days we passed. That left me looking for something new and I found The Track!
The Track had great reviews and looked like a great way to have one last day of family fun together. They offer Go-Karts, miniature golf, and an arcade. We only did the Go-Karts.
First off if you are headed there make sure to pick up a Monster coupon book to save $ and get a great deal. These can be found almost anywhere in the local area, I even seen some at Wendy’s! We used a coupon for buy 2 get 1 free and got 75 its for $50 plus tax. Each ride takes a certain number of points. For instance the Wild Woody (which I seen posted as the best) takes 9 puts and drivers must be 48 in to drive and 16+ years old to drive someone. The other Go-Karts were only 6 pts. Bea was too scared to drive the multi-level Wild Woody but loved the other one!
Here are some pics:
Bea cracked me up with her tongue! This was her first time ever driving a Go-Kart and she was concentrating hard!
But that didn’t stop her from posing for a pic as she rounded the corner, LOL!
It was also Bub’s first time driving a Go-Kart, he picked up on it quickly!
Mr. B & D had a fun time trying to beat each other!
I had only planned on taking pics but even ended up driving as well! We all had a great time! As for the park the rides lasted long time, one I timed at 6 minutes. The person at ticket booth very helpful and friendly. We were there at about 9 am and it wasn’t crowded at all, when we were leaving around 10 am it was starting to get busy.
The Track gets our stamp of approval, all 5 of us left happy and we had fun Go-Karting together!
